How to Book an Appointment
Sessions are scheduled by appointment only.

Please include: your contact information, requests for days, preferred times and session length (see below). It is suggested that you include 2-3 choices of days and times.
Once your appointment is scheduled, either over the phone or through email:
- You will receive a confirmation letter or email (please designate preference), confirming your appointment day and time. This communication will give you specific directions to my office.
- Read the New Client Information section of this website.
- You must fill out a New Client Questionnaire and bring it with you to your first appointment.

I am always happy to answer any questions you may have before, during or after your sessions.
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
Missed appointments are a loss to everyone including other people
who would have liked to have had that time. In order to keep prices
reasonable the full fee is charged for missed appointments and for
cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
However, we also make allowances for life’s unexpected emergencies.
We currently offer one hour sessions ($90) and 90 minute sessions ($135).
Forms of payment
Cash, check and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment.
Written receipts can be provided for each session: please let us know if you need
specific information on your receipt, such as CPT codes.
